Introduction

The Mental Health Mates Club organized an enlightening seminar on “Mental Health and Wellness” to promote awareness about emotional well-being and holistic health among students and faculty members.The session aimed to highlight the importance of maintaining emotional stability, cultivating positive habits, and adopting holistic approaches to health.

The session was conducted by Ms. Shubhangi Chouhan, a mechanical engineer, wellness educator, sound healer, and spiritual guide. Through her engaging interaction, she emphasized the importance of maintaining positive vibrations, healthy lifestyle practices, and emotional well-being. The seminar provided participants with valuable insights into maintaining mental peace and balance in daily life.
