The Training & Placement Department of Swami Vivekanand College of Engineering (SVCE), Indore successfully organised an industrial visit to Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), Indore on the occasion of National Science Day (NSD-2024).
This visit was organized on February 25, 2024 and 19 students comprising of EC 2nd year and 3rd year participated in this visit. RRCAT is a unit of Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, engaged in R & D in non-nuclear front line research areas of Lasers, Particle Accelerators & related technologies.
The Training and Placement Department of SVGI is organized an industrial visit for the students of B.Tech II and III year Electrical & Electronics Engineering branch at Sant Singaji Thermal Power Plant Mundi ( MPPGCL) MP.
Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Co. Ltd. (MPPGCL) is a wholly owned company of MP Government engaged in generation of electricity in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It is a successor entity of erstwhile Madhya Pradesh State Electricity Board (MPSEB). The Company, while operating and maintaining its existing units, is also constructing new Power Plants for increasing capacity in the State of Madhya Pradesh
The Department of Training and Placement is successfully organized 4 months industrial training certificate program in Full Stack Java for the B.Tech 2024 batch students in association with Capgemini and Symbiosis Skill and Professional University Pune.
The Training and Placement Department of SVGI is organized Virtual Lab workshop in Association with IIT Roorkee for B.Tech students. Virtual Labs is a venture of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt. of India, under the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (NMEICT). This project is initiated with the motive of improving standards of laboratory and practical training imparted to Engineering and Science students in India. This laboratory is facilitated through the internet and other related communication technologies. These Labs are very useful for students in the field of engineering and sciences.
Swami Vivekanand Group of Institutions Indore is organized an Industrial visit for the MBA 2023-25 Batch students at Pithampur Auto Cluster. The Government of India, through the Department of Industrial Policy & amp; Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce & amp; Industry, has formulated an Industrial Infrastructure Up gradation Scheme (IIUS), targeted at improving the global competitiveness of functional clusters in the country through the provision of grant funding for the creation of quality infrastructure.
SVGI was established in 2004. It is approved by AICTE, affiliated to RGPV. The institution offers courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, Management and Diploma in Engineering.
